Leesburg Ds Festival 2024 Dates. This year is the 47th annual leesburg art festival, held in beautiful downtown leesburg, featuring art, fine crafts, kid’s art, and all the downtown restaurants and businesses. Set up begins friday morning at 8am.
The city ended an arrangement in september with the leesburg partnership which had. And thanks to its success this past spring, bikefest will be back again in leesburg next april, but how the event will be budgeted and managed is still under discussion by city.
